Zoo

We haven't been to the zoo since the boys were this age! They've changed a few things since then. Abe liked the bear statues.

Also this smiling bear.

The carousel was a big hit. There wasn't anyone else on it, so everyone got to sit on his favorite animal! (Except Junie, who is on an elephant instead of a pig. She does also like elephants.)

Malachi also liked seeing this real bald eagle

and sitting in an eagle's nest!

It was a fun day at the zoo!

California Trip highlights

I think the beach was my favorite thing we did. Everyone loved the water so much!

Daisy and Benjamin were so cute together!

There was sand on every square inch of Goldie, of course.

A year of Marigold

The first picture is of Marigold at 3 days old, and the others are at one month, two months, and so on up to 12 months. She never really looked like a newborn, did she?

What a good little Goldie she is! We love her!
